As an energy storage system, the LiFePO4 battery is very environmentally friendly and has a wide range of applications.
Compared to lead-acid batteries, LiFePO4 outperforms them in terms of durability (lasting up to 25 times longer), weight (twice as light) and high current capacity. This type of battery is non-flammable and non-toxic.
LiFePO4 batteries have a very low self-discharge rate of 20% of their capacity in more than 10 years.

Important: LiFePO4 batteries are equipped with a built-in BMS (Battery Management System) that protects against over-discharge. When the battery voltage drops below the preset threshold, the BMS disconnects the battery output. In this case, use only a charger designed for LiFePO4 batteries that immediately applies charging voltage. Chargers that first check the battery voltage before charging may fail to detect a BMS-disconnected battery and will not start charging.
